March 27, 2026, Mississauga, ON – Adam Bendall of the Caledon Admirals is the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s Equipment Manager of the Year, the league announced today.
Bendall earned the recognition for his exceptional dedication and professionalism in support of the Admirals throughout the 2025-26 OJHL season. An experienced presence in the league, Bendall previously served as Equipment Manager with the Mississauga Chargers, where he built a strong reputation as a dependable and skilled member of the support staff. His work with the Chargers included representing the club at the OJHL All-Star Celebration, a reflection of the esteem in which he was held across the league.
Now bringing that experience to Caledon, Bendall has been an integral part of the Admirals’ day-to-day operations, ensuring players are properly equipped and ready to perform at every practice and game. The behind-the-scenes dedication that equipment managers like Bendall bring to their clubs — long hours, early mornings, and an unwavering commitment to the team — is what makes this award a meaningful recognition.
The OJHL Equipment Manager of the Year Award is presented annually to the individual who best demonstrates excellence, reliability, and professionalism in supporting their club’s hockey operations as voted on by their peers.
The Ontario Junior Hockey League congratulates Adam Bendall on this well-deserved recognition and thanks him for his tireless contributions to the Caledon Admirals and to the league.
Aloe will be honoured along with the other OJHL award recipients at a ceremony during the OJHL Championship Series later this month.
The OJHL is announcing its 2025-26 award winners throughout the first three rounds of the playoffs.
TOMORROW: Executive of the Year
