TORONTO – Looking at the numbers, the ever-growing list of Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) alumni who competed in higher levels of the games continues to increase.
On professional clubs across Europe alone, there were 330 CJHL alums who appeared with teams across the various leagues during the 2023-24 campaign.
That number includes 132 alumni from the Ontario Junior Hockey League alone.
The following are the names of the CJHL alumni who played professionally in Europe:
This raises the number of overall CJHL alumni from this past season to over 2,500.
There were also 75 former CJHLers who served as head coaches at higher levels of the game.
