The Huskies, who normally play at the S.G. Nesbitt Memorial Arena in Minden, have been hosting playoff games in their adopted home rink in Haliburton this month. The Minden arena has been used as a warming centre following an ice storm that hit the area in late March.  The Township of Minden Hills announced Friday that “some regular and registered programming” at the Nesbitt Arena will resume Monday.

The conference champs will meet in the OJHL Championship Series, which will be played between April 18 and May 3, for the Frank L. Buckland Cup.

The Buckland Cup champions advance to the Centennial Cup national championship tournament, May 8-18, 2025 in Calgary, Alberta.
