The OJHL 20 Year Old Showcase will take place at the Campus Ice Centre on December 8, 2025 to showcase the top OJHL 20 year old skills in front of U-Sport scouts including OUA coaches.
The Campus Ice Centre is home of the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks who are working with the OJHL in support to bring this game fruition.
Players will have a full day experience including a morning skate, lunch, U-Sport Seminar, pre game stretch and meet and greet after the game.
Agenda:
9:00am – Arrive to the Rink
10:00am – Morning Skate (both rinks)
11:30am – USPORTS Seminar – players and Ontario Tech University Staff
12:30pm – LUNCH / PRE GAME MEAL -Players and Team Staff
2:00pm – Get ready for game w/ maybe Ontario Tech Strength Coach
2:30pm – OUA / OJHL Social
3:00pm – OJHL Presentation Question Answer Direction of Hockey
4:00pm – GAME TIME
6:00pm – Post Game Dinner w/ Meet & Greet with Schools
The goal of the program is to ensure graduating players get exposure to U-Sport schools and ultimately achieve commitments to continue their hockey careers.
Last year, 19 of the 40 players who took part in the 20 Year Game were successful in getting a commitment to the a U-Sport program.
