The Ontario Junior Hockey League, Niagara Falls Canucks organization and The Gale Centre would like to invite you to the 2024 OJHL Governors’ Showcase presented by “MilkUP" the Dairy Farmers of Ontario's youth lifestyle brand that was created with youth success in mind. The Gale Centre is a state-of-the-art facility with four NHL sized rink pads, numerous community rooms, full service food and beverage operations and pro shop. Niagara Falls is the the perfect setting for hosting the 2024 OJHL Governors Showcase with over 200 accommodations and 800 restaurants, casinos, attractions and the thundering wonder that is Niagara Falls .
The main goal of the Governors’ Showcase is to give all teams and players an opportunity to come together in one location and display their skills, talent and character and ultimately have a chance to play at a higher level. The OJHL has the highest percentage in all of the Canadian Junior Hockey League for players that have advanced to the NHL, AHL, CIS, NCAA DIII and CHL, and has the second highest percentage of players that have advanced to NCAA DI. The priority of the OJHL is to facilitate player growth and progress, and it is exhibited when approximately 70% of graduating players from the league move on to play a higher level of hockey each year.
Each OJHL team will play two games at the showcase with one being a home game and one being an away game. Games are played on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday September 23 - 25, 2024.
